All orders are shipped via ground transportation. Shipping charges are quoted in our published web pages for the equipment selected.

Our Returns Policy

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:       

• Item must be in its original condition and packaging.      
• Item must be sent Freight Prepaid via UPS or FedEx ground.       
• C.O.D. returns or returns without a RMA # will be refused.       
• (Please write RMA # Clearly on the box)

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items opened/damaged
